Orders using express shipping are typically processed faster, often within 1 business day, and in some cases may be shipped the same business day, depending on order time and availability.

Once processed, average delivery times are 5–10 business days, with a maximum of 21 business days in exceptional circumstances, depending on destination and local carrier operations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, local holidays, or regional logistics delays.

We ship with trusted carriers including FedEx and USPS, depending on your location, ensuring safe and trackable delivery on every order.


2. Order Processing

All orders undergo careful inspection and secure packaging before shipment. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, promotional events, or holidays. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed and a second shipping confirmation email with tracking information once dispatched.


3. International Shipping

PINDU Watches ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary based on destination, customs procedures, and regional logistics.

Most applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are covered and included in the final checkout price to prevent unexpected charges upon delivery. 5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbours, building reception, or parcel lockers
  • Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final handoff

We may request supporting documentation such as a carrier claim or declaration of non-receipt in order to evaluate your case. 6. Shipping Address Accuracy

PINDU Watches is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees for reshipment.

8. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
